Vouch

Terms of Service

Effective 27 September 2026

These terms apply when you use Vouch, including the website, the developer API, the SDK, embedded badges, the browser extension, and the Telegram bot. By using Vouch you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Vouch is

Vouch gives trust scores for Solana wallets and risk estimates for Solana tokens. Scores are calculated from public on-chain data using published, explainable rules. See the methodology for how they work.

Not financial advice

Vouch scores are information, not advice. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice. A good score does not mean a wallet or token is safe, and a bad score does not prove anything is wrong. Scores are estimates based on behaviour, they can be incomplete or out of date, and they can be wrong. Always do your own research. You are responsible for your own decisions and any losses that follow from them.

Scores describe behaviour, not people

Vouch never identifies who owns a wallet, and you must not use Vouch to try to. You must not present a Vouch score as a statement of fact about a person, or use it to harass, threaten, or defame anyone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or use Vouch to help anyone else break it;
  • get around rate limits, quotas, or access controls, for example by creating many free accounts or keys;
  • overload, attack, or interfere with the service or its providers;
  • scrape the service in bulk, or resell raw scores as your own data set, without a plan that allows it;
  • copy or reverse engineer the service to build a competing one;
  • claim to be Vouch, or imply that Vouch endorses you when it does not.

Your wallet and account

Signing in means signing a message with your wallet. You are responsible for keeping your wallet and devices secure. Vouch will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who asks for them is not Vouch.

Developer API and keys

  • Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for all use of your keys. Revoke a key straight away if it leaks.
  • Each plan has request limits. Requests over the limit may be refused.
  • If you show Vouch scores in your product, say that they come from Vouch and that they are not financial advice.
  • We may change or retire API versions. We will try to give reasonable notice of breaking changes.

Paid plans

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.
  • We may change prices. Changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you before they do.

Browser extension and Telegram bot

The extension and the bot show the same scores as the website, and these terms apply to them in the same way. They are provided free of charge and may change or stop working at any time.

Our content

The Vouch name, logo, website, and software belong to Vouch. You may share links to reports and share cards. Blockchain data itself is public and belongs to no one.

Availability

We work to keep Vouch running, but we do not promise it will always be available, fast, or error free. Vouch depends on outside providers (such as blockchain data services) that can fail. We may change, pause, or stop any part of the service.

Suspension

We may suspend or end your access, including revoking API keys, if you break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You may stop using Vouch at any time.

No warranty

Vouch is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vouch is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data, arising from your use of Vouch or reliance on a score. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will post a notice on the site. Continuing to use Vouch after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Vouch is based. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
